Jean
joined the staff at ASLC in August of 2006. Previously, Jean
worked in healthcare finance and project management for 15 years.
For the last 4 years, Jean has been serving her family as a stay
at home mom as they
adjusted to two transfers in a short time
period. Jean is happy to be back in the work force part-time
working for All Saints, "a friendly and caring congregation".
Jean has a B.S. in Forest
Management and an MBA with a focus in accounting and finance.
Jean
has been married to her husband Greg for over 25 years and
they are blessed with two loving daughters, Sara and Hanna. Greg
works
for the USDA Forest Service which has allowed the family to
see many parts of this wonderful and diverse country. They have
lived
in 6 cities in 5 states over the course of their married life.
They love meeting new people and learning the culture in each
region of the country. However, now they hope to settle in
Maryland to allow their girls to complete their schooling.
Jean
spends most of her free time taking care of her family. She
also enjoys being a Girl Scout Leader, Sunday school teacher,
and
Special
Olympics volunteer. She has a deep passion for the disabled
and has recently helped start a ministry in Calvert County
for the
disabled and their families.
